  • Delivery Method: All leads purchased from Primetime Lead are digital products. They will be delivered exclusively via a Google Spreadsheet link. This link will be sent to the email address provided by the Client during the order process.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Primetime Lead commits to delivering purchased leads within 24 hours of confirmed payment receipt.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful delivery, the Client will receive an email notification containing the Google Spreadsheet link to access their leads.
  • Non-Receipt: If a Client does not receive their leads within 24 hours of confirmed payment, they should immediately contact Primetime Lead customer support using the contact information provided below. We will investigate the issue promptly and ensure delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of digital leads, Primetime Lead's refund policy is designed to address specific issues with lead quality or delivery, rather than buyer's remorse or lead performance.


  • General Stance: All sales of leads are generally final once the leads have been delivered to the Client's email address. Our leads are exclusive, fresh, and sourced ethically, but we do not guarantee specific conversion rates or sales outcomes, as success depends heavily on the Client's sales process and follow-up.
  • Conditions Eligible for Refund or Replacement (Strictly Limited):A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following specific circumstances, provided the request is made within the designated timeframe:
    • Non-Delivery of Leads: If, after contacting customer support, Primetime Lead is unable to deliver the purchased leads within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
    • Duplicate Leads: If more than 5% of the leads in an order are exact duplicates of leads previously delivered by Primetime Lead to the same Client within the last 90 days. Proof of prior delivery (e.g., previous order number, lead data) may be required.
    • Significant Data Inaccuracy (Defined): If a significant portion (more than 20% in a single order) of the primary contact information (phone number, email address) for leads is demonstrably incorrect or disconnected, preventing any initial contact. This does not include voicemails, no-answers, or rejections. The Client must provide verifiable proof of such inaccuracy (e.g., call logs, bounced email reports).


  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after leads have been delivered.
    • Low conversion rates or inability to close sales from the leads provided.
    • Leads that are "no longer interested," "already purchased from another provider," or similar responses, as these are inherent risks in sales and lead generation.
    • Leads that become outdated after delivery (it is the Client's responsibility to contact leads promptly).
    • Partial utilization of an order (e.g., deciding after working a few leads that the product is not for you).
    • Failure to comply with applicable laws when using the leads.
    • Issues stemming from the Client's internet connection, software, or device.
    • Specific terms for Live Transfers, if different, will be communicated at the time of purchase.


  • Refund/Replacement Request Process:
    1. All refund or replacement requests must be submitted in writing to ptimeleads@gmail.com within 7 days of the lead delivery date.
    2. The request must include:
      • Your full name and order number.
      • A clear and detailed explanation of the issue.
      • Specific lead IDs or data points for verification.

Prohibited Use: Clients may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise share leads obtained from Primetime Lead with any third party. Any such action will be a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
